Join our team as a Business Analyst in our dynamic Retail Product Lab and help us drive success through insightful analysis!

What You’ll do:

• Collaborate closely with product owners and business departments to design efficient and effective business processes that meet requirements and specifications
• Identify areas for process improvement and anticipate future requirements, while developing and implementing effective solutions
• Lead comprehensive reviews of business processes, develop optimization strategies, and ensure their successful implementation
• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional teams and management, fostering collaboration and understanding to drive successful outcomes

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in business analysis or a related field
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Good working level in English (written & spoken) is a must
