What You'll do:

  • Handle and execute daily banking operations (deposits, accounts, cards and other banking products and services) for Business Customers through various channels such as email, telephone, or onsite at the bank office
  • Collaborate with Business Customers and internal departments to resolve requests efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports

Job requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • At least 2 years of previous experience on a similar position
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Positive attitude and a friendly demeanor
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English
  • Good knowledge and experience in using MS Office tools
