We are looking for a First Level Operational Support to join our amazing Banking App Technology team.

What You’ll do:

  • Resolve technical issues faced by our product users
  • Escalate to a higher level of support when necessary
  • Act as a point of contact between the customer support team and software developers – coordinating customer’s problems, sending requests and tracking them
  • Make sure that the customer’s issues are addressed timely and in a professional manner

Job requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Broad experience in supporting various business activities. Experience in a multinational, fast-paced environment would be considered as an advantage.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills – English & Bulgarian
  • An eye for details and good problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills
