We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to join us on our journey to success.

What You'll do:

• Conduct legal research on Bulgarian and EU legislation, with a focus on credit institutions and consumer law regulations
  
• Review and prepare legal documents in the areas of civil, commercial law and corporate law
  
• Communicate with notaries and other legal professionals
  
• Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and regulations that affect the company's operations
  
• Provide legal advice to the company on various legal issues
  
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure legal compliance
  
• Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and external legal partners
  
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal documents and correspondence

What you’ll need to succeed:

• University degree in Law
  
• Successful completion of the exam administered by the Ministry of Justice to practice in Bulgaria
  
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  
• Strong academic background
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Previous experience is not required, but internships or work experience in international companies or big law firms will be an advantage
