If so, we're looking for an Agile Coach to join our team on the journey to success!
What You’ll do:
Coach and mentor Agile teams towards self-organization, autonomy and empowerment.
Promote and ensure adherence to Agile principles, values and best practices.
Facilitate continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance team processes and ways of working.
Identify and help remove impediments and blockers that may affect team progress.
Support effective collaboration and balance between different team roles, including Product Owners, Developers and QA specialists.
Facilitate open and effective communication within teams and with stakeholders.
Support teams and stakeholders during the introduction and adoption of Agile methodologies and mindset.
Advocate for the needs of Agile teams when working with stakeholders.
Help teams maintain effective Agile processes, including in high-pressure situations.
Identify and prevent Agile anti-patterns, ensuring the Agile Coach role remains focused on coaching, facilitation and continuous improvement rather than administrative activities
Job requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field
Agile or Scrum certification
2+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in a software development environment
Experience with Agile tools and project management software
Proven track record in a leadership or coaching capacity within an Agile environment
Familiarity with Requirements Elicitation and Business Analysis is advantageous
Proficiency in managing Projects, Spaces, and Users within the Atlassian suite of products
Strong command of the English Language, both written and verbal
Proven ability to facilitate and lead effective meetings
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deal with ambiguity
A commitment to fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
