If so, we're looking for a Business Analyst to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Participate in the evolution of banking products and services, providing crucial business requirements, functional specifications, and user acceptance criteria.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams, including IT and design, for the successful rollout of innovative products and features.
• Analyze and optimize existing processes, systems, and data, turning gaps into opportunities for enhancement.
• Transform business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications and compelling user stories.
• Conduct feasibility studies for proposed product enhancements, assessing potential risks and opportunities.
• Evaluate new initiatives considering technical, operational, and regulatory factors, guiding the implementation process.
• Spotlight inefficiencies within current business processes and recommend creative, effective solutions for improved productivity.
• Oversee all aspects from conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), analyzing product performance data, to presenting insightful findings to stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products and services.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Solid understanding of banking products, services, and related regulations.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, process mapping, and creating functional specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting feasibility studies and managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Knowledge of banking systems and technology is desirable.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
