Once here, you will:

  • Discover and define mobile applications requirements, business needs, defining the true problem and discovering the process;
  • Provide new expertise and analytical support to help facilitate mobile app;
  • Implement best practice of mobile industry standards;
  • Lead the initiatives throughout the mobile app project life cycle; including;
  • Work closely with engineering, design, operations, finance, and marketing leaders to bring mobile app products to market and develop and grow business opportunities for your organization;

Main areas of expertise:

  • Participates in analysis, design and description of processes and creates user journey;
  • Develops/maintains processes in the Document Workflow System of the Bank;
  • Acts as a Business administrator of the System;
  • Coordinates the communication between the Bank and the System’s Vendor;
  • Participates in the tests and implementation of new/changed processes;
  • Communicates with different organizational structures within the Bank in order to ensure proper development of the process in the System;

Skills and competencies required:

  • University degree in Economic, Business Administration, IT or other relevant;
  • Professional experience: at least 1 year in a similar role;
  • Fluent English - written and spoken;
  • Very good analytical, organizational and communication competences;
  • Experience in creating technical documentation for developers and users;
  • Experience in describing business processes;
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence (or another wiki system) will be a plus;
  • Basic knowledge of the full development cycle of IT project;
  • Experience in creating reports.
