If so, we're looking for a Credit Risk Manager to join our team on our journey to success!


What You’ll do:

  • Develop and execute Credit Risk strategies specifically for the Credit Cards business
  • Continuously refine credit risk methodologies, processes, and user experience to drive improvements
  • Enhance Credit Approval Criteria, limit management, and anti-fraud measures for optimal risk control
  • Oversee and track key risk performance indicators (KPIs) related to the Credit Card portfolio
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and consistent data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making



  • What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in credit risk business and strategy within the banking sector
  • Strong expertise in credit process & credit policy development and implementations
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on risk mitigation and operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
  • Experience in MsOffice (SQL or other tools would be an advantage)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Experience in credit card business processes would be considered a strong advantage
