Create excellent customer experience in Mobile Bank by building differentiated value propositions to drive customer engagement;
Develop and drive initiatives on improving CEX for omni-channel touchpoints for Mobile Bank customers
Optimise user interface (visuals, copywrite) to improve conversion and customer satisfaction
