If so, we're looking for a Digital Product Analyst to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Evaluate lending products and processes, comparing them against industry trends, and consistently propose enhancements
• Review and optimize procedures, offering recommendations to improve efficiency
• Lead and manage small to medium-sized projects.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to define and validate logic for new features or modifications to existing ones. Document business requirements and create process flow diagrams
• Develop comprehensive business analyses, highlighting the risks and benefits of current and proposed solutions, with a strong emphasis on their potential business impact
• Maintain and update monthly KPIs for various aspects of Digital Consumer Lending
• Provide support to teams engaged in Digital Lending processes, including specifying reporting needs
• Monitor project deliverables, ensuring the timely completion of all projects

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Proven work experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar role, particularly within lending products and processes
• Understanding of business process development and optimization
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in creating detailed reports and presentations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate within diverse teams
• Adaptability and openness to change
• Experience with Access, SQL, Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart and Figma will be a plus
