Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
  • Higher education in Economics, Finance or a related field
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Bulgarian)
  • Strong people management skills
  • Business acumen, organizational and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt & balance priorities in a rapidly changing environment.

Once here you will:

  • Manage overall activities within Card Operations and ensure that timely & quality services are provided to both internal and external customers through customer-focused operations
  • Ensure that the operational procedures conform to the Bank’s standard of quality and operational efficiency
  • Provide counselling, mentoring, motivation, guidance and training to Card Operations team members to ensure optimum performance
  • Maximise both internal and external customer satisfaction through customer-focused operations and policies, implementation and monitoring of service standards
  • Ensure operational health of Card Operations through constant process improvements for enhanced service delivery and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls to manage operational risks.
