If so, we're looking for a Head of Customer Reengagement to join our team on our journey to success!


What You’ll do:

  • Develop and execute customer lifecycle campaigns, including activation, cross-sell, upsell, retention, and reactivation

  • Translate group strategies into local action plans aligned with business goals and customer needs

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and journey teams to define target segments and campaign objectives

  • Set up, test, and launch campaigns, ensuring precise targeting and flawless execution

  • Support A/B testing to validate new approaches and optimize results

  • Track and analyze campaign performance, recommending improvements based on insights and customer behavior

  • Ensure data accuracy and prepare customer segments for campaign targeting

  • Identify engagement and upsell opportunities through data analysis and customer insights

  • Monitor key metrics such as conversion, activation, retention, and customer value

  • Prepare and share performance reports and actionable insights with management

  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently to balance impact and cost

Job requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

  • Proven experience in campaign management, customer lifecycle management, or CRM execution

  • Experience within the banking or financial services industry will be considered a strong advantage

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in team leadership or project management

  • Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with marketing automation or campaign orchestration tools

  • Proven ability to segment, analyze, and manage customer data to support marketing and lifecycle initiatives

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel

  • Knowledge of SQL or other data-handling tools is a plus

  • Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira (or similar platforms)

  • Fluency in English

  • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to collaborate across teams

  • Curious, data-driven, and motivated to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience.
