If so, we're looking for an Head of Soft Collection to join us on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Manage and coordinate the activities of the unit and the team;

• Optimize the processes of monitoring and collecting overdue receivables;

• Monitor compliance with internal and regulatory requirements;

• Participate in the selection, training, and development of employees;

• Approve schedules and control the department's reporting;

• Prepare reports, analyses and proposals for improvements;

• Assist in resolving problems and making management decisions.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Higher education

• Min. 5 years of experience in Soft Collection activity and 3 years in a managerial position

• Excellent English – written and spoken

• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office)

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Leadership skills and results orientation

• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions
