We are looking for an “IT Systems Lead” to join us, reporting directly to our CIO!

Job requirements

What will also be helpful:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience on IT Project management or Program leadership position
  • Master’s degree in Information Technology or similar
  • Subject matter expertise and understanding of financial applications with an advanced knowledge of interfacing/integrated solutions
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Azure would be an advantage
  • Fluent level of English
  • Previous experience in a bank or financial institution would be a huge advantage
  • Great communication, organization and leadership skills

Once here you will:

  • Plan, deploy, maintain and operate the financial systems and applications
  • Manage and participate in preparation of business requirements and recommend innovative solutions with potential positive impact to the products, services and operational efficiency of the organization
  • Participate in planning, deployment, maintenance and operation of peripheral systems and applications
  • Organize the activities related to systems performance, monitoring and availability
  • Perform break-and-fix actions when necessary (together with the internal teams, external vendors and suppliers)
  • Suggest proactive measures, solutions and approaches to improve efficiency, effectiveness and availability of the applications and systems
  • Oversee multiple application development, technology infrastructure/project management and/or other technology domains
  • Organize system tests activities, assist business and support units in performing functional and acceptance tests
  • In cooperation with respective vendors and service providers, perform functional analysis for the approved and prioritized demands
  • Organize the 2nd level support and management of respective vendors and solution providers
  • Serve as project management lead for new services, product upgrades and enhancements
