We are looking for a Junior Executive Assistant to join to our Executive support team and to work with passionate, insightful and motivated professionals. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Management in their daily office activities;
  • Managing the document and communication flows in the office;
  • Organization and follow-up of Management business meetings;
  • Managing diaries, organizing internal and external meetings;
  • Dealing with business correspondence;
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and telephone calls;
  • Coordinate use of conference rooms and office equipment;
  • Provide overall administrative support to the team;
  • Provide documents translations from English to Bulgarian and vice versa, when needed.

Job requirements

Knowledge and Experience Required

  • Fluent English (Written & Verbal) is a must;
  • University degree in economics or finance will be an added advantage;
  • Basic technical and computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
