We are looking for a “Mobile App UX Lead” to join our Mobile app team.

A Look Inside the Job:

  • Develop and implement best-in-class customer journeys (CJs) for a Digital Bank mobile app
  • Optimize user interface in order to improve conversions and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales and Business teams to understand, articulate and lead user experience strategy, planning and rollout
  • Conduct user research, analysis and synthesis, persona development, interaction design, and usability testing to create products that delight end users
  • Manage the UX/UI of our product and development of customer growth strategy, ensure overall user experience, and enable user outcomes in an intuitive manner
  • Ensure quality of development by implementing UX/UI prototype testing as a step before approval and prioritization in backlog
  • Drive customer lifecycle management by developing data-driven customer segmentation, design targeted CLM strategies

Job requirements

Skills and competencies required:

  • Previous experience in a User or Customer experience management role, preferably working with mobile app products
  • Experience with visual design/interaction design creating and implementing user interfaces based on user data gathering
  • Experience with planning and executing competitor, market and customer research including ethnographic studies and usability testing
  • Fluent level of English
  • Ability to work effectively in an international team environment
  • Exceptional analytical, planning, and written communication skills
  • Would be a plus to have experience using design thinking, Agile concepts and practices, and product management principles to develop customer focused software products
