Operational Service and Support Specialist (Accounts) - TBI Bank

Job description

  • Administers bank accounts – both physical and legal entities;
  • Follows the in-force legislation and its implementation in regard to accounts – both document and system-wise;
  • Provides assistance to employees in bank offices in the course of their usual consulting and customer service activities, opening, keeping accounts;
  • Initiates and confirms service adjustments of customer data;
  • Initiates and confirms service and corrective operations;
  • Registers customer preferences at transaction level;
  • Performs specific client orders regarding bank accounts;
  • Parameters (assigns fees) and sets specific conditions (interest rates, tax rate, renewals, restrictions, barriers, etc.) on non-standard products for current, savings and deposit transactions;
  • Participates in tests of new functionalities and products in the Bank's systems;
  • Participates in the regular monitoring of clients according to their risk profile;
  • Prepares and submits to regulatory bodies reports within the set deadlines;
  • Provides proposals for improvements of processes, enhancement of system and overall activities.

Job requirements

  • Education: University degree;
  • Professional experience in managing accounts;
  • Computer literacy: very good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Language skills: fluency in English;
  • Very good analytical, organizational and communication competences;
  • Pro-activeness.
