We are looking for a “Product Delivery Lead” to join our Mobile app team.

A Look Inside the Job:

  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities and design a product roadmap customer-tailor for a Digital Bank Mobile App
  • Coordinate multi-departmental stakeholders and oversee product delivery according to business planning, including IT deliverables across various systems
  • Refine product specifications and parameters taking into consideration the business input, financial goals and mobile customer profiling
  • Incorporate customer feedback, marketing research and competition analysis into product development process
  • Prepare a customer acquisition plan from offline channel, lead engagement of the physical branch network and manage performance
  • Establish product goals for utilization, penetration, profitability, market share, etc. Works closely with development, marketing and analytic teams to deliver on product goals
  • Evaluate product performance against strategic objectives and makes adjustments as needed
  • Increase profitability, penetration and utilization of existing products
  • Investigate new opportunities and expand product portfolio.

Job requirements

Skills and competencies required:

  • Previous experience in a Bank in Product Management, Business Development, Branch Management, Customer Engagement or Sales Campaign Management
  • Strong delivery experience combined with a strategic and commercial mindset
  • Performance management expertise with a strong entrepreneurial drive
  • Understanding of market pressures that drive product performance
  • Ability to apply logical or scientific thinking to define problems
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
