If so, we're looking for a Product Owner to join our team on the journey to success.
What you’ll do:
Define and communicate the vision and strategy for the checkout process across Romania, Bulgaria, and Greece, aligning it with broader product goals and business objectives
Develop a deep understanding of customer and merchant needs through qualitative and quantitative research to drive meaningful improvements
Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure the product remains innovative and competitive
Build and manage product backlogs and roadmaps, conducting regular prioritization sessions based on business value, customer impact, and development resources
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality features and optimize integration processes
Build in-depth product knowledge and act as the Go-To Expert on checkout
Design data-driven customer segmentation and lifecycle management strategies to enhance user engagement and adoption
Guide the product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features in line with the product roadmap and requirements
Set and monitor KPIs for the checkout process across the three countries, leveraging analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements
Participate actively in sprint planning and review meetings, providing clear guidance on product requirements and addressing developer questions
Continuously analyze data, user feedback, and market insights to refine the checkout experience and deliver exceptional results in all three markets
Job requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
3+ years of experience in product management or project management, preferably in e-commerce or digital products
Knowledge of checkout processes, payment systems, and user experience best practices
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proven experience working in a cross-functional team environment, with a track record of executing and implementing projects
Full proficiency in English language
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging with top management
