We are looking for a “Project Manager” to join us in our journey to success!

Job requirements

What will also be helpful is:

  • A Proactive, Goal Oriented, Curious Mind that can come up with new ideas & can roll up his/her sleeves to turn the idea into a reality
  • Knowledge of banking processes, markets and products.
  • Previous experience in the banking sector is a strong advantage
  • Brilliant project execution experience is a must
  • University degree – preferably in economics, finance or similar field
  • Excellent verbal & written English language skills
  • Good interpersonal skills to partner with different departments to achieve a common goal

Оnce here you will…

  • Manage the existing and new internal projects, related to new business initiatives, implementation of new products, services and systems.
  • Control the projects quality, performance and adherence to the predefined deadline, budget and resources.
  • Report the progress of each project, budget overruns and possible unforeseen costs to the management.
  • Control the test phases for new projects, products, services and systems implementation with all involved business units and IT
  • Organize the post controlling process, keeping a unified register with all detected issues and coordinating their resolution
  • Stay connected with the relevant stakeholders & ensure customer satisfaction.
