We are looking for a Staff Administration Specialist to join our HR Team on the journey to success!



What You’ll do:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of staff appointments, reappointments, and dismissals
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive employment files and templates, including labor contracts, annexes, agreements, and job descriptions
  • Monitor and manage staff absences and charges on our staff payment system
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date employment records
  • Organize and maintain all necessary documents, including certificates, memos, and others
  • Timely prepare and submit information to relevant institutions, such as the NRA and NSSI
  • Update and maintain internal personnel documents, including rules, orders, procedures, and job descriptions
  • Produce regular reports on staff movements and activity

Job requirements


What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience on a similar role
  • Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of Bulgarian labor law and insurance legislation
  • Strong skills in using MS Office tools - Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Experience in using software tools for personnel and remuneration management
  • Knowledge of how to ensure healthy and safe work conditions will be considered an advantage
