If so, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team on the journey to success!

In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment and help us attract the kind of talent that drives our business forward:

What You’ll do:

• Support the recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews and hiring

• Search for great candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases and other recruitment channels

• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment journey and help us deliver a great candidate experience

• Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and different teams across the business

• Prepare and publish job advertisements

• Explore new tools, technologies and AI solutions that can help us work smarter and improve the recruitment experience

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Recently graduated from university and ready to start your career in a full-time role

• Fluent English, both written and spoken

• Positive attitude and genuine willingness to learn

• Curiosity, energy and motivation to develop in recruitment and talent acquisition

• Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate and support others

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Progressive and digital mindset about new technologies and AI

• Ability to adapt, learn quickly and work in a dynamic environment
