If so, we're looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team on the journey to success.


What you’ll do:

  • Respond to internal users inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support
  • Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery operations
  • Maintain inventory of all hardware and software assets
  • Ensure all systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of computer systems and software
  • Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills

Job requirements


What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Previous experience in a technical support or similar role
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with computer hardware, software, and operating systems
  • User-oriented mindset with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of Office365 Administration or PowerShell is considered an advantage
