Your usual day will involve:

  • Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company;
  • Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks;
  • Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions;
  • Responsible for day closer procedure;
  • Greet users in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures;
  • Clarify user requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem;
  • Confirm user understanding of the solution and provide additional user education as needed;

Job requirements


  • Previous experience on a technical support or similar role;
  • Knowledge and experience with Networking installations, configurations and updates;
  • Fluent level of English and Romanian;
  • Good communication and user-orientated mindset.
