If so, we're looking for a Business Analyst - Financial and Regulatory Reporting 
to join our team on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Lead and coordinate financial and regulatory reporting initiatives within the banking organization on behalf of IT
• Analyze regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with data quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements for financial reporting systems and processes
• Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between existing reporting practices and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of reporting processes, data lineage, and business rules
• Works on design and implementation of reporting solutions, including data warehouses and business intelligence tools used to feed regulatory reporting environment
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of regulatory data sets

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Extensive experience as a business analyst in the banking industry, with a focus on financial and regulatory reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial products, accounting principles, and risk management concepts.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, as well as experience with reporting platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in reporting deliverables
