If so, we are looking for a Chief Cloud and Application Operations Officer to join us on our journey to success!


What You’ll do:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for infrastructure and application operations aligned with organizational goals.
  • Led and mentor teams responsible for application, infrastructure and service reliability
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of cloud and on-perm systems and applications.
  • Plan, deploy, maintain, and operate banking systems and applications.
  • Design, plan, deploy, maintain, and operate infrastructure systems and applications, including servers, storage systems, networks, communications, virtualization technologies, and network security devices, on both hybrid and public cloud environments.
  • Participate in planning, deployment, maintenance, and operation of packaged (out-of-the-box) peripheral systems and applications.
  • Assist business and support units in their daily activities related to banking applications together with respective teams.
  • Monitor the performance and availability of managed and operated systems, performing break-and-fix activities when necessary, and suggesting proactive measures, solutions, and approaches to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and availability of the infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers of information technologies for planning, improvement, optimization, operations, and support.
  • Improve SLA and OLA levels of responsible applications and services.
  • Implement and support integration solutions with existing systems and be in the planning and operational management phases of new introduced SaaS PaaS IaaS solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Perform Capacity Planning and Budget management for the entire department.

Job requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing infrastructure, networking, cloud and application operations.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and experience with major cloud platforms and specifically for Azure
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams in a complex technical environment.
  • Expertise in infrastructure design, deployment, and maintenance, including on-premises and cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience working in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.( 
    (Core Banking Platform, Card Systems, Enterprise Service Bus, BPMN, Risk Scoring, KYC processing, ERP and Mobile Banking APP)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change effectively.
  • Strong hands-on problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, Azure Solutions) are a plus.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
