If so, we're looking for a Product Owner - Digital SME Banking to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Regularly engage with the top management of our SME client to understand their pain points and needs
  
• Design the product stack to create a leading digital SME bank in the region based on market research, user feedback, development team feedback, and business requirements
  
• Develop the strategy of SME banking together with the executives of tbi and external experts
  
• Coordinate digital product development process with external suppliers and internal development teams across the globe
  
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create an intuitive and user-friendly digital interface and experience for SME banking products
  
• Monitor and analyze the digital performance of SME products, user engagement, and customer feedback to identify areas for digital optimization and improvement

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Solid experience in digital SME banking products and processes (ideally, fintech or a digital bank background)
  
• Strong project management and product ownership skills with a proven track record of designing digital banking products for SME
  
• Excellent analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
  
• Ability and track record in executing and implementing projects
  
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders
  
• Full proficiency in English language
