If so, we're looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team on the journey to success!
What You’ll do:
- Develop, revise, and implement QA standards, procedures, and guidelines
- Plan, conduct, and monitor testing of new features and products tbi is aiming to launch
- Work closely with Software Developers, Business Analysts and Product owners for understanding the functional, system and requirements
- Document testing results and other quality assurance activities
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Test the products and developments delivered by internal or external providers
- Create, review, and maintain technical documentation
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
Job requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
