If so, we're looking for a Head of Product Localization to join our team on the journey to success.

What you’ll do:

• Adapt financial products to regional markets by customizing regulatory requirements and translating them into journey deliverables, contract modifications, and tailored product parameterization requirements

• Modify existing financial products and contribute to the creation of new ones

• Collaborate with local teams, legal, compliance, and other specialists to ensure banking products align with national financial regulations

• Develop and tailor marketing and user education strategies to enhance adoption and usability across different markets

• Leverage data-driven insights to refine localization strategies and improve profitability

• Ensure localization efforts support market expansion, customer satisfaction, and alignment with the Group’s overall strategy
  
  

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role

• Deep understanding of localization processes and best practices in terms of regulation and the way it is implemented in journeys

• Strong project management & leadership skills to handle multiple tasks at local level and coordinate with the Tribes within the country

• Ability to analyze impact metrics and drive continuous improvement

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Proficiency in English language

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
