If so, we're looking for a Administrative Affairs Officer to join us in our journey to success!


What you’ll do:

  • Service Provider Management: Managing relationships and contracts with service providers (human resources, payroll management, legal, financial consultancy, and technopark).

  • Payroll and HR Support: Monitoring payroll processes in coordination with the service provider and acting as the point of contact for recruitment and termination procedures. Strictly monitors the timely registration of all documents with the relevant local authorities

  • Financial Operations Support: Ensuring timely and accurate payments for staff salaries, expense reimbursements, and consultancy services.

  • Reporting: Conducting regular and accurate reporting of all administrative and financial transactions in collaboration with the head office.

  • Contract and Vendor Management: Managing communication with vendors, preparing, updating, and archiving contracts.

  • General Coordination: Ensuring smooth execution of in-office administrative processes through effective organization.

Job requirements

What you'll need to succeed:

  • University degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, or related fields).

  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative affairs, human resources, or financial process management

  • Fluency in English with strong communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel) and strong reporting and analytical skills.

  • Experience in contract management and vendor relations.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent planning and organizational abilities.

  • Team player with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.

  • Experience working in a technology park or similar environments is a plus

  • Knowledge of payroll processes and financial administration services.
