If so, we're looking for a Bancassurance Business Specialist to join our team on the journey to success.

What you’ll do:

• Actively support the Monthly Insurance and other bancassurance related projects with hands-on testing and implementation tasks

• Develop and maintain detailed follow-up plans with the sales force to ensure transparency and consistency in the sales process

• Participate in mystery shopper initiatives: review calls, provide guidelines, and recommend corrective actions

• Serve as liaison with the insurance partner on operational-level discussions

• Prepare and deliver ad-hoc analysis to support business needs

• Collaborate with the training team to ensure effective delivery and application of sales pitches

• Work closely with product owners for smooth and timely implementation of new products and features

• Provide operational support to ensure efficiency and process improvements across initiatives

• Perform other Bancassurance and other Insurance products related tasks

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field

• 2+ years’ experience in banking, insurance, or bancassurance operations

• Knowledge of insurance products (bancassurance a plus)

• Strong understanding of insurance and bancassurance processes

• Experience in process documentation, testing, and implementation

• Familiarity with collaborating with external partners (insurance providers)

• Training support or sales enablement experience is a plus

• Experience with mystery shopping, customer experience monitoring, or KPI tracking is an advantage

• Familiar with CRM tools, Excel, reporting, and data analysis

• Fluency in English both written and verbal

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Analytical approach, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects

• Team player with a proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset
