If so, we're looking for a Bank Systems Support Specialist to join our team on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Manage business products/systems enhancement related to the Loan Origination and Collections solutions of the bank and their interfaces.

• Clarify the business requirements with the bank business units and systems vendors and participate in technical solution preparation.

• Coordinate the testing of all updates/modifications of the solution, including its interfaces with bank systems and third-party integrations.

• Perform all project technical tasks related to the solution and report any risks that may affect the project deliverables.

• Maintain thorough technical understanding of all the components (XML Files structures, APIs, DB Links etc) connected to system and its modules.

• Perform second level support for the implemented solutions within agreed timeframes.

• Perform initial system parametrization of new functionality and new products.

• Perform performance monitoring of the application and undertakes corrective actions when are necessary (in cooperation with the vendor of systems and services).

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 3 years experience in the field of technical support for bank systems

• Good knowledge of bank activities and regulations

• Experience with DBs querying – Monitoring DBs and logging – MS SQL, Oracle

• Problem solving and prioritizing skills

• Analytic and comprehensive thinking

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

• Relevant certifications such as ITIL or database administration are an advantage.

• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
