If so, we're looking for a Business Analyst, Banking App Technology to join our team on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Participate in analysis, design and description of processes

• Create user journeys

• Work closely with stakeholders to bring our banking app products to the market

• Develop and maintain processes in the Document Workflow System of the Bank

• Act as a Business Owner of systems

• Coordinate the communication between vendors

• Participate in the tests and implementation of processes

What you’ll need to succeed:

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, IT or other relevant

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (Business Analyst, Product Owner, or related position)

• Strong experience in preparing technical documentation for both developers and users

• Experience in describing business processes

• Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence (or another wiki system) will be a plus

• Familiarity with the full development cycle of IT project

• Proven experience working in Agile environments

• English - written and spoken

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail

• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
