What You’ll do:

• Conducting comprehensive analysis of financial data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights and recommendations

• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize financial processes and systems

• Generating reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and key stakeholders

• Supporting the implementation of financial transformation initiatives and projects

• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented solutions and making adjustments as necessary

• Staying updated on industry best practices, regulations, and emerging technologies relevant to financial analysis and transformation

• Providing support and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with financial transformation goals and objectives

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; Advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus

• Knowledge of financial systems and processes, including ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite is a plus) and financial reporting standards

• Proven experience as a business analyst or financial analyst, preferably in a financial services or consulting environment

• Experience in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Familiarity with visualization tools (Visio, Figma, etc.) is a plus

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and extract meaningful insights

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines

• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a rapidly evolving business environment
