If so, we're looking for a Business Analyst to join our team on the journey to success.

What you’ll do:

• Define business requirements, functional specifications, and user acceptance criteria for banking products and services

• Work closely with IT, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless implementation of new features

• Assess existing systems, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions to optimize workflows

• Evaluate technical, operational, and regulatory aspects to support informed decision-making

• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), analyze data, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive product enhancements

• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, facilitating discussions, gathering requirements, and ensuring alignment on product goals

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 2+ years of experience in cross-functional business analysis on projects and regular changes

• Proficient in using Visio (or similar tools), Jira, and Confluence

• Experience in customer-facing digital projects; experience in financial services is a plus

• BA certification is an advantage

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong ability to handle stress and stay organized

• Initiative and a proactive approach to improving processes
