If so, we're looking for a Senior Business Performance Analyst to join our team on the journey to success.

As part of our Merchant Ecosystem, you will work closely with sales leaders who collaborate with our growing partner network across Bulgaria. You will be helping them make informed decisions based on data-driven insights.

What you’ll do:

• Тranslate numbers into business language and business goals into measurable data

• Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful reporting to drive business decisions across the merchant business in Bulgaria, Romania, and Greece

• Lead performance analytics to provide actionable insights to business lines and senior leadership

• Defining, track, and manage KPIs of the sales team to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals

• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for internal committees and key stakeholders

• Coordinate the annual budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes across the merchant business

• Support business leaders with financial planning, forecasting, and bonus scheme calculations

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or business performance analytics, or financial planning & analysis preferably in banking, fintech, or a fast-paced, data-driven environment

• Аbility to translate complex data into clear business insights

• Strong attention to detail paired with proactive , solution-oriented mindset

• Performance drill-down and factor analysis 

• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, product profitability analysis and business performance modelling

• Proficiency in Excel

• Fluency in English
