If so, we're looking for a Cards Operations Specialist to join our team on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Communicate and provide daily files data exchange between the Banks and other banks, International Card Organizations, BORICA AD and other partners and customers of the Bank regarding credit and debit card movements

• Process the received requests for activation, blocking unblocking, reissuance and closing all types of cards and for change of cards transactional limits

• Communicate with and provide support to Customer Service Department in relation with the issuing, blocking, unblocking, reissuing, and closing for all of cards types

• Provide information of Loan  debts  and cards functionalities to office employees

• Prepare replies to received Complains or Applications from cardholders of the Bank

• Daily Monitoring and reconciliation of the incoming Net Settlement positions. Monitoring of accounting entries and  funds movements related with cards operations

• Keeping communication with card suppliers and other service providers to keep the contracts up to date. Checking and confirming invoices for payments.

• Monitoring and analysis of cards transactions, process the received applications for disputed transactions, and in case of suspicious transactions send response to the cardholders

• Keeping documents and returned cards in order for being re-send or deactivated

•   Follow the rules of Issuing and Acquiring best practices, a reconciliation of incoming and outgoing operations will be performed.

• Observation and reconciliation of clearing files

What you’ll need to succeed:

• At least 1 year of experience on similar position

• University Degree in Economics

• Knowledge of card accounting

• Knowledge of systematic processing of cards, payments, and transactions

• Good understanding of banking card products

• Experience with Cards systems and core banking system

• Excellent computer literacy /MS Office/

• Proficient in English both written and spoken

• Excellent technical, organizational and communication skills
