If so, we're looking for a  Commercial Lead, Shopping App to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy for the in-app shopping platform, in line with the company's business objectives

• Plan and manage in-app campaigns to drive monthly active users (MAU), sales, and new customer acquisition

• Identify, attract, and manage affiliate merchants, including building and overseeing the onboarding process

• Coordinate campaigns with key internal teams—Growth, Product Marketing, Affiliate, Re-engagement—to achieve maximum effectiveness and ROI

• Develop and implement co-op marketing initiatives with key partners and merchants

• Manage cashback and loyalty programs in coordination with Legal, Compliance, and Finance departments

• Conduct internal training and initiatives to engage employees with the in-app shopping service

• Tracking results and analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and commercial initiatives; preparing management reports

• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and commercial partners

• Continuous optimization of the strategy to increase revenue and customer engagement

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a similar field (master's degree is a plus)

• At least 2 years in e-commerce, digital business, or a similar commercial role

• Proven experience in developing and executing commercial strategies and campaigns

• Strong analytical skills and ability to draw practical conclusions from data

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Creativity and results-oriented

• Experience with digital tools and analytical platforms

• Proven track record of increasing revenue and campaign effectiveness

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
