If so, we're looking for a Demand and Portfolio Management Expert to join our team on the journey to success!


What You’ll do:

  • Manage and maintain demand requests, project portfolio records, and governance processes in Jira

  • Coordinate the intake, evaluation, prioritization, and tracking of business and technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivery capacity

  • Prepare portfolio reports, dashboards, presentations, and analyses covering project progress, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation

  • Organize and support governance meetings and steering committees, including documentation, action tracking, and stakeholder communication

  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and business teams to ensure effective demand management, portfolio planning, and project execution

  • Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and support continuous enhancement of portfolio management processes

  • Support vendor coordination, audit activities, and compliance with internal governance standards and procedures

Job requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant field

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Technology, Business Analysis, Project Coordination or similar roles

  • Strong business analysis skills, including gathering requirements, documentation, and translation of business needs into technical solutions

  • Good understanding of Technology Demand Management, portfolio processes, prioritization, and project coordination

  • Solid knowledge of ITSM / ITIL principles and best practices

  • Experience working with both business and technology stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence

  • Understanding of banking processes and regulations is considered an advantage

  • Fluent English – written and spoken

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable working in a changing and evolving environment

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
