If so, we're looking for a Digital Lending Business Lead to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Drive business line growth, profitability, and successful strategy execution

• Oversee the shared P&L, ensuring cost efficiency and strong revenue performance

• Ensure full regulatory compliance, proper pricing, and product profitability

• Define product and customer journey enhancements, roadmap priorities, and business value of initiatives

• Monitor product performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed

• Optimize digital funnel conversion and overall customer experience

• Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders (Risk, Customer Experience, Marketing, Re-engagement, Product Development, etc.) to ensure alignment and effective execution

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 1 year experience in digital consumer lending

• 2 years background in sales

• Product management experience is considered a plus

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities

• Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and deliver measurable, data-driven results

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
