If so, we're looking for an Ecommerce Product Owner to join our team on the journey to success.
What you’ll do:
Define and communicate the e-commerce product vision, aligning with business goals and strategy
Gain insights into consumer and merchant needs through research and engagement
Monitor market trends, competitors, and technologies to refine product strategy
Align e-commerce processes across systems and regions, ensuring regulatory compliance
Act as the e-commerce and checkout expert, providing in-depth knowledge and guidance
Create reporting frameworks, segment users, and design targeted lifecycle management (CLM) strategies
Improve integration technologies and optimize customer journeys to boost adoption and conversion rates
Build and prioritize the product backlog based on feedback, research, and business needs
Develop and maintain a product roadmap through transparent prioritization sessions
Guide development teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and resolving functionality-related questions
Define success metrics, set up reporting, and analyze data to improve performance and user experience
Drive enhancements to checkout processes through data-driven insights and user feedback
Job requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
3+ years of experience in product management or project management, preferably in e-commerce or digital products
Knowledge of checkout processes, payment systems, and user experience best practices
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proven experience working in a cross-functional team environment, with a track record of executing and implementing projects
Full proficiency in English language
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging with top management
