If so, we're looking for a Financial Control Manager to join our team on the journey to success!
What You’ll do:
Take overall responsibility for managing the delivery of financial results
Manage and support a small team of Financial Analysts
Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes in the bank
Perform daily operational control related to all the expenses of the bank based on internal rules
Identify and analyze the differences of actual versus budgeted/planned items
Cooperate with managers across the entire company to support financial activities
Prepare reports as well as recommendations for the CFO and general management
Ensure smooth and efficient financial processes across the organization
Job requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
University degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
2+ years of previous experience on a similar role
Experience in the banking domain will be considered an advantage but not a must
Advanced skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel
Ability to work well in English given international environment
Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail
Ability to work independently, as well as in the team, and take on new tasks with high level of responsibility
Initiative and proactive personality with motivation for learning and self-development
Willingness to learn fast and grow together with the company
