If so, we're looking for a Financial Control Manager to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Take overall responsibility for managing the delivery of financial results

• Manage and support a small team of Financial Analysts

• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes in the bank

• Perform daily operational control related to all the expenses of the bank based on internal rules

• Identify and analyze the differences of actual versus budgeted/planned items

• Cooperate with managers across the entire company to support financial activities

• Prepare reports as well as recommendations for the CFO and general management

• Ensure smooth and efficient financial processes across the organization

What you’ll need to succeed:

• University degree in Finance, Economics or a related field

• 2+ years of previous experience on a similar role

• Experience in the banking domain will be considered an advantage but not a must

• Advanced skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel

• Ability to work well in English given international environment

• Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently, as well as in the team, and take on new tasks with high level of responsibility

• Initiative and proactive personality with motivation for learning and self-development

• Willingness to learn fast and grow together with the company
