If so, we're looking for a Head of Digital Consumer Lending to join our team on the journey to success!
What You’ll do:
Drive business line growth, profitability, and successful strategy execution
Oversee the shared P&L, ensuring cost efficiency and strong revenue performance
Ensure full regulatory compliance, proper pricing, and product profitability
Define product and customer journey enhancements, roadmap priorities, and business value of initiatives
Monitor product performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed
Optimize digital funnel conversion and overall customer experience
Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders (Risk, Customer Experience, Marketing, Re-engagement, Product Development, etc.) to ensure alignment and effective execution
Job requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
1 year experience in digital consumer lending, fintech, or digital financial products, with responsibility for business growth and profitability
2 years experience in sales
Solid understanding of P&L management, pricing, and product profitability
Experience in product management or product ownership, including defining roadmaps and customer journeys
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to monitor performance metrics and drive corrective actions
Hands-on experience in digital funnel optimization and improving customer experience
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, working closely with Risk, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product teams
Results-driven mindset with the ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
