If so, we're looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to join our team on the journey to success.

What you’ll do:

• Define and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.

• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and digital engagement across all channels.

• Identify and implement cutting-edge MarTech solutions, including AI-driven tools, CDPs, and automation platforms.

• Own and optimize digital marketing budgets; ensure maximum return on marketing investment (ROMI).

• Lead the setup, execution, and optimization of integrated digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.

• Manage A/B testing, CRO, and personalization strategies to increase campaign effectiveness.

• Oversee digital ecosystem to ensure a seamless, accessible, and friendly user experience.

• Drive continuous digital funnel enhancements in line with content and business strategies.

• Promote a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning within the team.

• Analyze campaign data and customer insights to inform marketing tactics and messaging.

  
  

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing leadership roles, preferably in a fast-moving or tech-driven environment.

• Strong track record of building and executing digital strategies that drive measurable results.

• Hands-on experience with modern MarTech stacks, AI tools, CRM platforms, and customer data platforms.

• Deep understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and lead generation strategies.

• Experience in managing multi-channel campaigns (e.g., search, display, social, email, content).

• Proficiency with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar).

• Solid grasp of UX, SEO, website performance, and accessibility principles.

• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people and fostering innovation.
