If so, we're looking for a Head of Partners Enabling to join our team on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

  • Lead and oversee the B2B2C sales team in Bulgaria, supporting online and in-store merchant partners in growing their sales by offering tbi payment solutions to end customers, including POS, BNPL, and other products

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy, sales plans, and budgets in line with company objectives

  • Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and merchant funnel optimization

  • Build and sustain a strong sales culture focused on excellence, accountability, and outstanding service to merchant partners

  • Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, and conduct regular evaluations, coaching, and team motivation initiatives

  • Design, implement, and manage sales bonus and incentive programs

  • Analyze market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive trends to identify new growth opportunities

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships and represent the company with external stakeholders and key partners

Job requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in B2B or B2B2C

  • Strong track record of leading and scaling sales teams and delivering revenue growth

  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills

  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication abilities

  • Experience in fintech, POS lending, telecom, FMCG sectors will be considered advantage

  • Excellent command of English

  • Very good computer literacy (Microsoft Office)

  • Stress resistance, organizational skills, and results orientation
