If so, we're looking for a Head of Payments to join our team on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Develop payments & transactional banking business of TBI from scratch, to fit in the overall organisation strategy and objectives

• Develop new value added products and services related to the area of responsibility – payment regulations and digitalization features to be acknowledged and set up the right pricing and product position in the market

• Add value added services to the Current Account customers, such as: P2P transfers, utility payments, money transfers, etc.

• Use the existing sales channels and identify new alternative ones, to fit the customer needs and expectations

• Meet the P&L objectives by ensuring the sales and the costs budgets are achieved

• Ensure customer activation, product usage and proper lyfecycle management

• Ensure proper customer servicing and customer satisfaction, by focusing on the customer lifecycle with tbi

• Stay up to date with the industry trends in terms of cards, payments and transactional banking services

• Stay up to date with the industry rules and regulations, reporting wise and BNB regulations

• Ensure proper internal resources are allocated to the area of business coordinated , including daily/monthly Bank account reconciliations

• Continuesly search for business opportunities, inovation trends, based on the Payment service providers new features,

• Participate in the formulation of the Group’s strategy, as well as the action plans and budgets for the specific area of responsibility

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 3-5 years of experience in cards, payments, transaction banking

• Knowledge in payment regulations, PSD2  and PSD3, reporting rules and timelines, reconciliations of the money flow

• Experience in managing P&L

• Experience in managing complex projects with inter departamental teams

• Ability to work in a fast moving pace

• Ability to communicate efectively horisontaly and vertically with various functions of the bank

• Focus on leadership rather than on traditional hierarchy relationships

• Clear ability to simplify and understand complex sittuations

• Capacity to prioritise and make decisions with minimum supervision

• Good English is a must

• Good knowledge of card products, market sittuation, customer needs, industry trends & best practices

• Problem solving & Customer oriented

• Comfortable in an IT related working environment
