If so, we're looking for an Junior Internal Systems Support Specialist to join our team on the journey to success!

 

What You’ll do:

• Identify opportunities for automation in operational workflows and business processes

• Maintain and optimize existing automation systems to enhance performance and scalability 

• Collaborate with software delivery, operation specialists, and business teams to gather requirements and implement working solutions

• Monitor automation processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth execution 

• Document workflows, processes, and best practices

• Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies

What you’ll need to succeed:

• A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing support

• Previous experience on a similar position in a banking or financial institution would be considered an advantage

• Fluency in English language

• Motivation to learn and develop new skills

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members
