If so, we're looking for a Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our team on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Support marketing operations by scheduling activities, tracking campaigns and initiatives, and keeping everything running on time.

• Assist with budgeting and expense tracking, using an internal system to coordinate and track accurately and on time.

• Coordinate the ordering, delivery, and distribution of marketing materials for different initiatives and campaigns.

• Provide hands-on operative support to the marketing team across various projects and channels.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in product, sales, operations, and more to help drive aligned and effective marketing execution.

• Contribute to smooth vendor management, including communication, coordination, and follow-ups with external partners.

• Help maintain organization, documentation, and reporting to support informed decision-making and continuous process improvements.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Previous experience in a similar role or environment, whether through an internship or an entry-level position is a plus.

• A proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational skills.

• A team player who communicates clearly and enjoys working with different stakeholders.

• Someone eager to learn about marketing operations, processes, and tools.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt in a changing environment.

• Fluency in English
