If so, we are looking for a Merchant Support Specialist to join us on our journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Prepares credit agency agreements, annexes, notification letters, powers of attorney and other documents. Organizes and controls their signing

• Participates in the organization of promotions and promotional campaigns for the Bank's credit agents

• Regularly calculates the payment of commissions to the Bank's credit intermediaries

• Provides assistance and information to the credit agents of the Bank, advising them on the credit products offered by the Bank

• Prepares daily and periodical reports on the contracts concluded by the credit intermediaries, insurances and the fulfillment of other purposes

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Good understanding of our banking products and systems.

• Attention to detail

• Fluency in English language

• Motivation to learn and grow
