If so, we're looking for a Monitoring & Observability Engineer to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

• Design, implement, and maintain observability platforms covering metrics, logs, and distributed tracing across on-prem and cloud environments

• Build and manage dashboards, alerting rules, and runbooks in tools such as Nagios, Grafana, Site24x7 or equivalent

• Lead incident detection and post-mortem analysis; drive reduction in MTTD and MTTR

• Implement observability best practices across tech teams; provide guidance and internal enablement

• Evaluate and onboard new monitoring tools and vendors as the platform evolves

• Support audit and compliance activities (e.g. DORA, EBA guidelines) with evidence from monitoring data

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred

• 5+ years of experience in monitoring, observability or SRE roles in production environments

• Hands-on expertise with at least two major observability platforms (Nagios, Grafana, Site24x7, Datadog, Dynatrace, etc)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and container orchestration

• Proficiency in scripting or automation (Python, Bash, or equivalent) for tooling and alerting workflows

• Experience working in regulated industries (financial services, telco) is a strong plus

• Professional-level English - written and verbal; daily collaboration with teams is in English

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues
